| IN RE: |
HB3691 by Ward Johnson (Relating to electronic submission of an application for an early voting ballot by mail by certain persons.), As Introduced |
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Election Code to require the Secretary of State (SOS) to implement an application for ballot by mail for certain individuals.
It is presumed SOS could absorb any costs related to the online submission of these applications within existing resources.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
