HB3750 by Manuel (Relating to reimbursing certain Department of Family and Protective Services employees for certain legal expenses.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the Department of Family of Protective Services to reimburse certain employees for reasonable attorney's fees incurred in obtaining a protective or restraining order up to a maximum amount of $5,000.

It is assumed that any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
