No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Services to provide, in writing, certain information to a relative or other designated caregiver. 

It is assumed that any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
