No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change certain requirements relating to reports submitted by the Health and Human Services Commission to the Legislature.

The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a vote of two-thirds of all members elected to each house or, otherwise, on September 1, 2025.

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
