No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 75.001 of the Property Code to include certain additional minerals in the definition of “mineral” for the purposes of unclaimed property mineral proceeds in the state.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
