The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined as the extent to which managed care organizations currently use automated decision systems is unknown.

The fiscal implications of the bill cannot be determined as the extent to which managed care organizations that currently use automated decision systems is unknown; therefore, the fiscal impact to Medicaid client services cannot be determined.

Other than the unknown impact to Medicaid client services, it is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
