SB2017 by Bettencourt (Relating to the creation of a criminal offense for operating a motor vehicle under certain circumstances causing a tire of the vehicle to spin, lose traction, or leave the surface of a highway.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would create a Class C misdemeanor offense for the intentional operation of a stationary vehicle in a manner causing any tire of the vehicle to lose traction or leave the surface of the highway. 

It is assumed that any fiscal impact would not be significant.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
