No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would increase certain fines related to the operation of vehicles at railroad grade crossings. It is assumed that any revenue implications associated with the bill would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
