SB2601 by Blanco (Relating to a program to compensate landowners for property damage.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to modify eligibility requirements for the Landowners Compensation Program. 

It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
