Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2025, revised on February 27, 2025, and permission granted on March 4, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 3:30 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Guerra; Cain; Hopper; Lopez, Janie; McLaughlin; and Muñoz.

A quorum was present.
