Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2025, and permission granted on March 5, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Delivery of Government Efficiency met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 11:42 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Bhojani; Alders; Bowers; Cain; Campos; Cook; Curry; Garcia, Linda; Olcott; Rodríguez Ramos; and Tinderholt.

A quorum was present.

Chair made opening remarks.
