CORRECTED MINUTES

On May 22, 2025, the House Committee on Elections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Elections held on May 16, 2025. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2025, and permission granted on May 16, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Elections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Shaheen, at 1:32 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Shaheen; Bucy; Isaac; Raymond; Swanson; Toth; and Wilson.

A quorum was present.

SB 447

The chair laid out SB 447 as pending business.

The chair moved that SB 447, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Shaheen; Bucy; Isaac; Raymond; Swanson; Toth; Wilson (7).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Morales Shaw; Plesa (2).
