Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2025, and permission granted on March 5, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Homeland Security, Public Safety & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hefner, at 11:44 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hefner; Lopez, Ray; Dorazio; Hickland; Holt; Louderback; McLaughlin; and Pierson.
