Pursuant to a notice posted on May 16, 2025, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 9:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Leach; Johnson; Dutton; Dyson; Flores; González, Jessica; Hayes; LaHood; Landgraf; and Moody.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair directed that the May 14, 2025 public hearing minutes for the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
