Pursuant to a notice posted on March 21, 2025, revised on March 21, 2025 and March 26, 2025, and permission granted on March 27, 2025 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Craddick, at 8:01 a.m.
