Relating to the eligibility of postsecondary educational institutions to participate in the governor's university research initiative.

Relating to prohibiting the investment of the permanent university fund, the Texas University Fund, or money held by a public institution of higher education in financial companies that boycott certain energy companies.

SB 2615        Creighton                                             
Relating to restricting remote work by employees of public institutions of higher education.

SB 2695        Kolkhorst | et al.                                     
Relating to an education program to enable certain students to practice medicine in certain rural counties and to physician delegation of certain medical acts to advanced practice registered nurses, including in certain rural counties.

SB 2788        Menéndez                                              
Relating to an exemption from the assessment requirements of the Texas Success Initiative for students who achieve certain scores on the PSAT or PreACT.

The length of public testimony and the number of witnesses may be limited at the discretion of the chair.
