The committee will meet to consider financial penalties (fines and costs) pursuant to Rule 5, Section 3, House Rules of Procedure, for Members that were absent from the House during the First and Second Called Sessions, 89th Legislature.
Pursuant to Rule 4, Section 12, House Rules of Procedure, the committee will enter into an executive session to deliberate, consider, and debate the financial penalties for Members.
Invited testimony only. Pursuant to Rule 4, Section 12, House Rules of Procedure, all witnesses will be examined in executive session.
