The committee will meet concurrently with the Senate General Investigating Committee on the July 2025 Flooding Events to hear invited testimony in connection with its inquiry into the 2025 flooding event as authorized by House Resolution 177, 89th Legislature, 2d Called Session.
The committee may enter into an executive session to consider any matter authorized to be considered in an executive session under Subchapter B, Chapter 301, Government Code, or the House Rules of Procedure.
This hearing is for invited testimony only. No public testimony will be taken.
