Relating to the definition of telephone call for purposes of regulating telephone solicitations.

Relating to eligibility requirements to practice public accountancy.

Relating to the availability of certain personal information of a child, spouse, or surviving spouse of a current or former employee of the office of the attorney general.

SB 372         Campbell
Relating to the persons authorized or appointed to exercise the power of sale under the terms of a contract lien on real property.

SB 495         Sparks
Relating to the authority of the Texas Department of Insurance to adopt rules that implement or are based on certain environmental, social, and governance models, ratings, or standards.

SB 627         Zaffirini
Relating to the licensing and regulation of dietitians.

SB 703         Zaffirini
Relating to the criminal and licensing consequences for the commission of certain offenses by massage establishments, massage schools, massage therapists, and massage therapy instructors.

SB 764         Zaffirini
Relating to the procedure for a hearing by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on the denial of an electrician's license or disciplinary action against an electrician.

SB 842         Schwertner
Relating to immunity for ringside physicians assigned to combative sports events.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name and the bill number on each copy.
