Relating to the interconnection of a facility in the ERCOT power region to a facility outside the power region.

SB 2139        King                     
Relating to  the authority of the Texas Military Department to negotiate the release of a reversionary interest and certain other interests of the state in certain property in Palo Pinto County owned by the Palo Pinto County Livestock Association.

SB 2401        Parker                   
Relating to governmental entities subject to the sunset review process.

SB 2587        Zaffirini               
Relating to access to and use of certain criminal history record information.

SB 2610        Blanco                   
Relating to civil liability of business entities in connection with a breach of system security.

SB 2858        Creighton               
Relating to state preemption of certain municipal and county regulation.

SB 3016        Creighton               
Relating to state preemption of certain municipal and county regulation.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name and the bill number on each copy.
