The Senate Committee on State Affairs will consider the following:

Relating to the prohibition of access by minors to sexually explicit materials in municipal public library collections; providing a civil penalty.

Relating to the storage of alcoholic beverages by an airline passenger transportation permittee.

SB 2633        Johnson
Relating to a local option election on the sale of alcoholic beverages in certain areas of a municipality and the local regulation of premises in those areas.

SB 2637        Johnson
Relating to disclosures about certain automated posts on social media platforms; providing a civil penalty.

SB 2713        Middleton
Relating to preventing discrimination in membership in a professional or trade association or organization.

SB 2781        Birdwell
Relating to the imposition of civil penalties for certain violations with respect to political contributions and expenditures made by certain persons who engage in lobbying activities.

SB 2782        Birdwell
Relating to discovery requirements related to sworn complaints made to the Texas Ethics Commission.

SB 3059        Campbell
Relating to the preservation, maintenance, restoration, and protection of the Alamo complex and surrounding area by the Alamo Commission.

HB 1130        Isaac | et al.           SP: Campbell
Relating to liability of a cavern entity for injuries arising from certain activities.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name
