Relating to the renewal and review of standard permits for certain concrete plants.

SB 1061        Parker                 
Relating to procedural requirements for uranium mining production area authorizations.

SB 1146        Birdwell               
Relating to the plugging or replugging of certain inactive wells subject to the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

SB 1198        Birdwell               
Relating to the designation of spaceports as critical infrastructure facilities for purposes of criminal and civil liability.
