Relating to required generators or other power sources for certain housing developments that receive an allocation of low income housing tax credits.

Relating to consumer protections against certain medical and health care billing by emergency medical services providers.

SB 961         Kolkhorst              
Relating to fraud prevention and verifying eligibility for benefits under Medicaid.

SB 1122        Schwertner             
Relating to applicability of certain prescription drug insurance laws to health benefit plans and pharmacy benefit managers.
