The Senate Health and Human Services Committee will meet Wednesday, April 8th, at 9:00am, to hear invited and public testimony on the following interim charge:
Protecting Taxpayer Funds – Preventing Fraud and Abuse: In support of
Governor Abbott’s call to action to eliminate fraud, explore and recommend ways to prevent fraud and abuse in Texas human service programs including, but not limited to, Medicaid and Child Care Services programs.
Public testimony is limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies, with your name on each copy, to the Committee clerk during the hearing.
