Caption Text:Proposing a constitutional amendment to create real estate and investment special fund accounts within the permanent school fund and to allow for transfers between those accounts, to authorize the Commissioner of the General Land Office or another statutorily designated entity to manage real estate portfolio investments of the permanent school fund, and to allow the returns from permanent school fund real estate portfolio investments to be added to the available school fund for the support of public schools.
