Remarks:
This Act takes effect immediately, except Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 13, 20, 40, and 42 take effect September 1, 2007. Subchapter V, Chapter 43, Parks and Wildlife Code, as added by this Act, takes effect September 1, 2007, except Sections 43.851(d) and 43.856, Parks and Wildlife Code, as added by this Act, take effect April 1, 2008.
