Remarks:
HCR 302 allows clerk to make technical corrections. Section 17 provides that Section 7 of this Act takes effect only if a specific appropriation is provided in HB 1. Section 3.03(d) of HB 3211 provides that, notwithstanding that provision, this bill does take effect.
