Remarks:
This Act takes effect September 1, 2009, except Sections 401.504, 401.510, 401.517, 401.521, and 401.522, Health and Safety Code, as added by this Act, and Section 483.041(c), Health and Safety Code, as amended by this Act, take effect September 1, 2010.
