Remarks:
This Act takes effect September 1, 2021, except Article 2 takes effect December 31, 2022, but only if the State Board of Education incorporates the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation under Subchapter B, Chapter 43, Education Code, as added by this Act, on or before that date. If the State Board of Education does not incorporate the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation on or before December 31, 2022, Article 2 has no effect.
