Remarks:
Section 13 provides that this Act take effect only if a specific appropriation is provided. Section 3.03(b) of HB 3211 provides that in accordance with that provision, this bill does take effect. Section 9 of this Act takes effect on September 1, following the approval if a transfer of the Texas Chiropractic College to an institution of higher education is agreed to and approved.
