Remarks:Not later than August 31, 1999, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board shall review and determine whether to approve the creation of the University of North Texas System as provided by this Act. If the coordinating board does not approve the creation of that system on or before August 31, 1999, the University of North Texas System is not created and this Act has no effect.
